Meaning, LLC will be publishing a series of audiobooks under the “Meaning Incorporated” label. Titles in the series will provide researchers, students and hobbyists with original source material in the history of Meaning broadly. Our first offering will be an audio edition of G. W. F. Hegel’s Lectures on the History of Philosophy. Hegel’s thought stands as one of a handful of fulcrum points in the history of human intelligence. His work has subsequently impacted nearly every branch of human knowledge, from philosophy to theology and religion to psychology, cognitive science and politics.

The aim of this series will be to provide listeners with access to previously unavailable audio editions of works that demonstrate the through-line across time and space as humans have worked for millennia to model the ways in which Meaning works, to build conceptual edifices to support the storage, retrieval, analysis and application of knowledge, and to encounter the transcendent through careful and rigorous inspection of Nature.

Regardless of any commercial impact, this project is a labor of love and, to be quite honest, our founder simply wants access to audio editions of all of the source materials that have impacted the great works that have been transformative in his own development.
